Recently purchased my first home with the help of Jan Steffes and everything went so smoothly. Jan stayed without my budget, genuinely listened to my requests on homes, gave honest reviews and answers on properties, and stuck with me through a very long 5 month process. Truly I was blessed to have worked with her.

I was a first time home buyer and a friend of mine recommended Ben to help me with the home buying process. At first Ben was really nice and helpful but I only saw the one house which I loved, he then wanted to low ball on the offer so I had to tell him what I wanted. When the inspection was done he walked me through the house again. That was all he did! When it came time to close on the house he called the same day and said he wouldn’t be there!!! I went to my closing ALONE! As a first time home buyer this was flat out wrong! Then during the closing, we discovered he didn’t do the paperwork so we had to hunt him down and make him do the paperwork! This was a Friday late afternoon! SHAME ON YOU BEN! I never even got a Thank You! I just hope he reads this and realizes how unprofessional he

So, I've written a review on Google & it is gone. So I'll post again. I was in the room at the closing, I saw first hand all the ethical violations . They'll try to bury this review or claim I wasn't a customer ...folks need to speak up and vote with the $ There are A LOT of real estate agents that do a great job! This agency allowed agent dual agency yet the agent was too busy moving, going to school and paying attention to the buyer at the expense of the seller. Example it took 5 months to close and even then the agent didn't even bring paperwork to closing. It took over a month for us to hear back on the house inspection "he the agent misplaced it" (have emails to document all of this!) The agent changed the contract just hours before closing telling us that it was to our advantage

Really great agency to work with. I have been a guest instructor for the first time homebuyers class they put on for the last years and Tiffany is wonderful! She is knowledgeable and easy to work with!
