We are really happy with our home, and like that it's energy star certified. The home remains well insulated when temps drop below freezing, and we are happy with the follow-up we've had with Heather D. and Brad. KB was easy to work with, both with the sales team and financing. The only thing we don't like is the HOA, because we pay into the park (Sunrise Park), but often times don't even get to park there especially in the summers when the parking lot is full. We also have an assessment due the first month of the year, and have to get everything approved by the HOA (such as putting in cement pavers, setting up a backyard fire pit, etc). Approvals can take up to 30 days and coordinating contracting jobs can get iffy.

We have been an owner of a home here in Liberty Ridge and are having very bad experiences with coming up to year mark. While we living in an older neighborhood just a few blocks from here we’ve seen how they developed this property. Not to mention the sales team are really great. But after the home was built that’s when we’ve started having a lot of problems. Even though their customer satisfaction team reaches out and you tell them all the issue they don’t really care. Our latest problem has been with the lawn in the backyard. Our property is on a slope like many of the properties, they didn’t have retaining walls or anything that prevent the rainfall from neighboring property to flow over ours and create a huge congested water which doesn’t have a way to flow out.
