My girlfriend and her daughter have lived here for less than a year. We've reported mouse and roach problems for the past 6 months. Management had the balls to say "Colorado has a mouse and roach problem everywhere". I've lived in Colorado for over 25 years and had NEVER seen a roach before visiting my girlfriend. We have begged to be moved to another unit ($500 charge) or to end the lease early (not allowed). DO NOT MOVE HERE. My girlfriend and her daughter are traumatized, and management simply does not care. I wish I could give it zero stars. Believe the reviews!

We've had to put in multiple maintenance request orders for roaches and plumbing issues the entirety of our residency. Has an AI "assistant" that'll hang up sometimes before reaching an actual person or even enter a loop of asking why you're calling (that you can only fix by hanging up and calling again).If you can afford better, do it. Even then, this place isn't worth the price. My girlfriend lived here earlier this year and every time I visited it was always something. They have a bad German cockroach infestation in these. Every time pest control came by, I would help her prep the apartment for treatment yet they would barely even spray anything and it never got rid of them. Additionally, your car will get stolen here and there’s no cameras to help, so please use a steering wheel lock and a boot if you have a car that is a key start. I almost lost my car visiting one night because someone attempted to steal it. Parking is bad and unorganized. Many neighbors are inconsiderate, multiple times there was domestic violence between couples here and the cops are here on a regular basis. Hi this is Lily i warn anyone who lives here you lease is already broken if your experiencing infestation i recently almost moved in but The apartment unit provided is severely infested and uninhabitable, and I am currently in the process of having the property reviewed and closed through the appropriate authorities in Colorado Springs due to multiple violations of habitability and housing codes. The conditions present pose a serious health and safety concern and fail to meet the minimum standards required under state and local law. As a result of these violations, the property is not legally fit for occupancy, and management is effectively breaking the lease by failing to provide a habitable dwelling as required

SAVE YOUR SELF!!!!!!! This place severely lacks communication and does not update residents on changing office hours. If you look at the Google website, it shows one set of hours, and then from the pictures posted, It shows a different side of ours. When you call with issues as a resident, you will get directed to a phone line to a corporate office in California and they will say we will email the front office with your concern and you will hear back from the front office and never hear back. This place has cockroaches and mice running all over inside the buildings and they let the dumpsters overflow and insects and rodents are running all over the parking lot. The staff are very rude and do not care about you, they are really good at taking your money, but absolutely hate having to come
