I can't say enough about Josh. Buying and selling a home can be stressful, especially in the crazy market we were in. My wife and I had no idea what we were getting into and so we had a million questions. Josh was responsive and patient with us throughout the whole process and never made us feel like an after thought. When we went to look at a house with Josh, and we looked at a lot, we never felt pressured or rushed. He gave us his honest and educated opinion based on what he took the time to learn about our needs and wants. By the end he probably knew what we wanted more than we did. When it came to selling our home Josh's knowledge was immeasurable. We were beyond stressed in hopes to get top dollar. Josh was very helpful in the listing and selling of my mother's house. He is very good at answering any questions you have and keeping you updated on any offers you receive on the house. Once you have selected an offer he is also very good on the follow up, giving you tips on what you as the seller need to do. I would recommend him highly.

I highly recommend Josh as a realtor!! He was so patient with me in this crazy market being a buyer. He was very knowledgeable about the market and understood what I was looking for. It was a journey selling the house Josh Webster was good with selling the house. He was their with any concerns that we had. I’m glade we sold the property to someone who going to take care of it. And love the area.One thing we didn’t like was if clients ask a realtor to put their house at a certain price on the market then that’s what they should do, not do what’s best for the realtor then look at all the offers as they come in, not tell the client that I don’t think we should put it up for that price knowing that the house was in a very good area, and in very good condition. Well I’m glade it’s over.
