He was selling my mother's townhouse and on a whim I asked him if there were any properties for sale that he knew of with very vague criteria. Not only did he say he had the perfect house for us to look at. That Tuesday evening we look at the house, took another look 36 hours later and had a purchase offer in by Thursday noon!
