I’ve been here for 3 years and I love my cozy apartment I get a good breeze the area is nice maintenance is quick at fixing things management is Great!

Going on two years of residence with Johnson Realty and it’s been very good. They’ve made sure every issue I’ve had was resolved and made accommodations if needed. The staff makes sure their tenants are well taken care of. They are personable and it makes a huge difference.

I have LOVED living here. I have been so pleased with the staff by their responsiveness and customer service. Any time we have had a maintenance request in our apartment it gets taken care of very quickly. The area is great, the apartments are quiet, and the management is friendly.

Have had a great experience with Johnson Realty so far. I was looking for an apartment in the Twin Cities and found Johnson Realty online. They had a few different apartments available that fit my needs and the process of contacting them and visiting the apartments was easy and smooth. The application process for the apartment I liked was pretty painless--it was all online, which was nice. Now that I have an apartment, using Johnson's online system for payments, requests, etc. is all very easy. Everyone I interacted with, from the apartment managers to the office staff, has been friendly and helpful, and I love my apartment--bright, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience!

Had a great experience during the two years in my apartment through Johnson Realty. The entire application/moving process was simple and the online residents' portal made maintenance requests (which were always responded to within 24 hours) and payments a breeze. Loved the space and the neighborhood. If not for a job relocation, I would have stayed longer.
