John Taylor - Home Inspector

John was amazing to work with! My husband and I are first time home buyers, and to say we know nothing is an understatement. John talked us through every part of the inspection, patiently explaining all the different aspects of our home, what we should be concerned about now, in the next few years, and later down the line. We asked him a lot of questions, and he gave us honest answers that really helped us go back to the seller with thoughtful requests. He was extremely thorough, took his time during the inspection, and sent us an organized and extremely detailed report within a few days, including radon and water results. I would highly recommend him to any home buyer!

He did the inspection in February 2019 on theme we are purchasing I think he did a excellent job we are firsttme homebuyers he answered our questions he explained what he was doing and why most of all he knew what he was doing He checked every part of the home inside and out He examined the plumbing and electrical systems as well as the landscaping Within a few days we had a detailed report letting us know the structure of the house was safe. His report also informed us about some things in the home that needed repairs which was helpful We decided to buy the home based on his inspection. I would highly recommend him
