Frank Lumia Real Estate Plus!

My property is a lot smaller than I thought it was, because Frank lied to my face about it and discouraged a survey so he could sell faster. 0/10 would not do business with him ever again. I have never heard anyone in Delhi say something nice about him.

I very recently had an excellent experiencewith FLRE+. My buyers agent was Daniel Walsh, who exemplifies all of the qualities one would look for in a realtor-- honesty, integrity, ethics, and especially hard work- qualities that are not always present in today's Real Estate Market. I have purchased over 5 properties in my lifetime all in upstate NY, but of all the buyers and listing agents I have worked with, he is my favorite, and would choose him as my buyers agent again, if the need should arise. Contracts were drawn up immedietley, all questions were answered or gotten back to me in record time. Found a lawyer for me when none were available, and he was an excellent one. He makes things happen. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone, really researched the properties thoroughly.

Stay away from these unethical fraudsters! Not only did they violate anti-discrimination laws, they were dishonest in the information provided and evasive when we asked questions. Not worth the frustration and possible loss of money when there are so many other agencies to work with.
