Joe Niece

Our office contacted Joe about setting up an inspection day & time. We informed him the inspection would take 4-5 hours. He thought that was too long, but asked us to call his office front desk. We called the front desk right away and gave them the info. Our staff says Mr. Niece said he had never heard of an inspection taking 4 hours. We got back a "Book a Showing" email confirmation showing only a 2 hour time frame. We called back and the receptionist said everyone was aware of the 5 hour time frame. Seller called wanting inspection earlier in the day so that we would be done by 4 PM. We agreed to 11 AM start. Started at 11 AM, we were done at 3 PM, but seller was home before 3 PM and said she was informed we would be done before 3 and that inspections usually take 3 hours or less.
