JoCo Builders Ltd

I highly recommend JoCo builders. We met with six local builders after drafting our plans with Dallas-based architecture firm Midtown Architects. After discussing our plans and budget with JoCo and hearing their bid explanation, they won our business. They were the only builder that didn’t try to talk us out of some of our must-haves (black in, black out windows, solid core doors, etc.) They did, however, offer creative cost-savings in other areas that were less important to us. Not only that, but they completely got our vision and understand modern design. They have executed so many styles and have impressive range! That’s hard to find in Central Texas. We had used JoCo in the past for a home remodel. Overall things turned out pretty well. When we moved to a new house, we wanted to do more remodeling. I called several times and left several messages and Rob Baker would never call me back. Overall very disappointing that they would never return my phone call. So we ended up using someone else.
