JiAngelo built our house over 20 years ago, and did not build it for me, we bought it used, so I hope that their construction techniques have improved since then. Our home is semi-custom, supposedly pieced together from other architectural plans, but it appears that some structural elements of the open floorplan were not properly vetted. There are several issues with window, floor, and wall structures that have caused our satisfaction in the home to be less than we would like. Unfortunately, there appear to be no available blueprints for the build, so corrections and renovations require rip-up and investigation to determine the best solutions.
