Eagle Creek by Pulte Homes

Our son is house hunting, and we went with him Sunday to an open house at Eagle Creek. Gelena is a charming town near 71. Eagle Creek is a new neighborhood with a variety of home styles in a good location. The development is new, so there are a lot of homes that don't have established yards yet, but from our viewpoint, it's going to be nice once the yards are in. Homes are close together with smaller lawns, so if you don't like to mow and like the quaint style, this is a nice place with common areas that include playground, gazebos and what looks like maybe a walking path.

The community looks nice. The houses are gorgeous. However, we've lived here for a month and both my husband and I have screws in our tires. Also, the streets and sidewalks are very muddy. Water builds up in our backyard and on the sidewalk when there is a heavy downpour. Buying a house here is fine. Just a little frustrating living through construction.
