Jefferson's Landing

I’ve had the pleasure of living in these apartments, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The management is exceptional, always attentive and ready to help at any moment. The maintenance is flawless, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into keeping the apartments in great condition. The environment is peaceful, safe, and well-maintained, making living here a very pleasant experience. I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live

Literally, the worst place to live ever I can’t wait to leave! I’ve been here since Feb 2023 and Maintenance doesn’t get taken care of and when it does, they’re making mistakes like doing somebody else’s maintenance request and leaving all of their information on the counter to fix the issue that’s not even in your building/ unit. The property is filled and I mean field with trash from food all over the steps and feces from animals. I’ve complained about it was told the breezeway would be sprayed. They were never sprayed. They even put signs up about it and it was never taken care of. I’ve sent email after email never got a response. I’ve had a maintenance issue for a week was told by emergency maintenance It would be taken care of. It hasn’t been taken care of and I’ve called the office o

I have only been a tenet at Jefferson Landing for a month as of 9/15/2025. I have put in 9 different work orders starting from 8/20/2025 and they kept being marked completed and they were not being completed. These were issues that I moved into the apartment and noticed during the initial walk thru. The apartment floors, the walls, the bathtub, the shower and the window seals were all dirty in the apartment. The previous tenets were smokers and I am not a smoker. The whole apartment smells like smoke, the vents are yellow. The breezeways and steps are filthy. There is no way that this apartment is new, it just looks and feels run down. I also over paid with my initial move in (which was prorated) and all of my payments are mixed up. I didn't even know what I was supposed to pay for the mon

Worst aparments ever office never answers the phone bc they are lazy I called 10 times they didn’t answer so I went to the office they they were just chitchatting with each other everytime and have a problem they need to come and fix bc it something bad they don’t come until 3 weeks later and the still haven’t came they steal cars and break into them and do nothing about it when security is supposed to be here all night they are never here and increase rent $100 every year as if they were good and secure

My aunt has a place here the apartments are really beautiful but they quit coming around doing monthly inspections and with pest control and now everyone is having trouble with bug's coming in the apartment's .and they stopped changing ac filters last filter was changed in May 😱 New Management is not so good bring back Patrick and them ☺️ the work orders can be done right
