I couldn’t speak better about the manager Zoe. She is very personable, and I’m extremely impressed. Zoe spent a lot of time working to get me approved for this apartment. After you move in, a lot of managers will stop taking the time to accommodate your needs. Not with Zoe! She does her best to keep this place clean and fresh. She really goes above and beyond for Jefferson! Thank you so much Zoe!

Zoe was very polite and professional during all my encounters with her. She worked very hard to get me approved. She definitely shows that she cares for her tenants and for the Lloyd Companies as a whole.

I moved to Jefferson Village almost a year ago and I’m so happy with my home. I’ve been lucky enough to have no issues and if I did I can trust they will be resolved in a timely and helpful manner. I hope to live here for years to come. It gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing I live in such a secure and well maintained building. So grateful to management for the hard work they do.

I'm absolutely blessed living here at Jefferson village.brooke made me so happy in she was very professional and made sureI needed the right paperwork to get into here .it was so great in she really helps you she's a beautiful happy person.living here is great! it good in quiet time and has a community room .give them a call! playgrounds here too. It's awesome I made a great choice.so give her a call you be happy you did.im one great happy renter and glad i did maje a call to her. I will never forget my great experience living here . So peaceful and quietness , and everyone minds their own business here .

I’ve lived here 2 years and I absolutely love it I’ve had amazing experiences with the landlords over my stay here and Zoe Williams is a compassionate and supportive land lord who goes above and beyond for her job and tenants!
