Jefferson Reserve Apartments

After being here for a year, we had a few problems some in part due to the building being new, and there was some headaches of not having good communication. Since Jordan arrived two weeks ago she has already made us feel more comfortable again and has addressed all our concerns in a timely manner. I appreciate her changing our experience to a positive one with real property management.

I don’t normally write reviews but me along with multiple others I know have tried to just get a tour. We have been trying for months!! We said we couldn’t do Mondays but even after stressing that multiple times they still kept offering Mondays. So I gave up even trying to get a tour along with other people I know who said they have gone through the same thing! We have tried again this past month but now they say they will “reach out when they have a showing available.” Well that was a month and a half ago… 😬 When we looked they had tons of apartments available on their website. Even if the tour was a month or so out I would have taken it but it gets to a point.

This is a temporary review while an ongoing issue remains unresolved. Should this matter be addressed appropriately, I would consider updating my rating. The apartment itself is attractive; however, the location has a significant issue with speeding traffic. While I appreciate Cherokee’s efforts at the property level, the overall compliance team at Real Property Management has been ineffective.

Hunter was great! He gave us good options and was upfront. He even mentioned other properties owned by RPM that were in our budget. He was very helpful!

Very accommodating to my fiancé and I’s schedule. 🤗 Hunter was friendly, and was very helpful with our search for a new home.🫶
