I would NOT rent from these people!!! I had a pipe burst in my laundry room that had burst multiple times prior to the last time. After they fixed the pipe the damaged dry wall that the damaged pipe was leaking behind they refused to replace the drywall until I moved out which ended up creating black mold that ended up going through my furnace that was also located in my laundry room. Prior I gave them $1200 for what I owed and for the current rent they gave me a 30day notice afterwards that’s when the pipe burst and I ended up in the ER with a severe allergic reaction to the black mold that the damaged drywall had. They were NOT very understanding to what happened to me and I ended up having to leave some of my belongings in that apartment I was living in as a result of them not wanting t

Apartment was filthy when we moved in, and despite it being left better than we got it, we got hardly anything back from the security deposit. Appliances are all in poor condition, water damage/mold under all sinks when we moved in, sliding door didn’t have a latch/lock, property is poorly maintained, patio was in extremely poor condition, and it was impossible to get any serious issues fixed in a timely manner. I lost everything in the fridge and freezer because it took them a week to solve the problem. The unit that was showed to us wasn’t the unit we got, likely to hide the issues until after paperwork was signed.

Do not rent from JCS properties. They're horrible people to rent from. They charge an arm and a leg and get you with ridiculous b******* at the end of your lease when you move. The women that run it I swear are racist. Don't expect anything to be fixed properly or right. I have lost so much money in food because they couldn't just replace my refrigerator they kept coming back to try to fix it. The winter of 2021 was horrible for me and my family we repeatedly asked them to come fix the heater no response nothing was done until winter was practically over. We were renting from JCS properties for 5 years and then they got this new lady I swear is racist and Kicking out everybody except for the white people. These women are really horrible to rent from their very unprofessional.
