James is so great! He isn’t pushy or invasive, and truly creates friendships with each potential buyer. We didn’t even sign a contract or talk pressure sales, we met at a showing & I shared with him my perfect home wish list - from then onward every few weeks, he would send me a nice message with a few homes that closely resembled my wish list. 6 months later I was ready & sure enough, so was he. He found us a perfect home build plan in just a few days, and now that we have signed, he is even doing drive bys and sending us updates & pics. Such a white glove service & well past the ink signing. I even get updates on my future home’s local events from James. I am simply impressed.

James was the listing agent on a property that my buyer purchased in December. He great to work with.
