So many great things to say about Jabco! In light of recent landlord drama from other companies, I felt it was important to highlight that this company is the real deal. Truly decent, kind, understanding & timely individuals. Every maintenance request is fulfilled quickly, every concern is addressed immediately. We have lived in our property with them for several years and have no complaints. I’ve recommended several friends, family, and coworkers to rent through them and everyone has said the same. Just want to highlight some great people 💕

They took over a terribly managed property I rented and were amazing to deal with! Responsive, willing to work with me and overall, I felt as if the girls in the office truly cared! There was a misunderstanding and with a simple phone call and some laughs, it was all cleared up. Even when it came time to move out, they did what they could to accommodate my husband and I. They’re the best in Centre County!

With the new change in management to Jabco for my building, I have noticed amazing changes! They really take the time to hear your concerns EVEN MY CRAZINESS! I always seem to have such random things come up and they immediately tackle and take on any issue! They also have a very calming demeanor and that is rare to have! They are the best!

I have been in one of the apartments where the carpet needs replaced or make it as a bare floor with linoleum. It is wrinkled up where you can trip over it. When you vacuum the carpet, there is like a black dust that is being sucked up into the clear holding tank. Then you dump it into the garbage. I would think breathing that would be unhealthy. They do work with their tenants, I worry about the carpet.
