I am genuinely surprised that there are no reviews for this company, and I want to share my experience as objectively as possible. I feel that there was a clear bias in the appraisal they conducted for me, which has had a significant negative impact on my life. I owned the property in question for many years and invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in upgrades and improvements. Despite this, the appraisal seemed to focus more on subjective opinions, such as labeling the electrical system as "less desirable," rather than giving a balanced view of the property. Every minor issue was highlighted, while the substantial improvements and upgrades were either overlooked or not properly reflected in the valuation. I am extremely disappointed with their service and, as a result, will not use
