I’ve been at Indian Ridge since 2019 and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Management and staff are amazing, kind, courteous and prompt. Recently I had a 3 am emergency and when I called maintenance in the middle of the night someone came to help within minutes. The grounds are beautifully maintained and you never have to worry about the snow and ice in winter because they take care of it so efficiently. My apartment is gorgeous with a great view, quiet and friendly neighbors. Lots of young professionals so I feel like I fit right in. Just up the street from Wegmans and minutes from downtown. Can’t beat the convenience! If you are new to the area or just looking to relocate, Indian Ridge is the best spot in the Binghamton area.

I have lived here for three years and could not be happier with this community. The apartments are spacious, the maintenance team is courteous and prompt, and the leasing office manager is kind and attentive. The location is very convenient for work and shopping. A good place to live.

I lived here for 3 years, and have enjoyed the lovely location, quiet atmosphere, kind office staff, and very attentive maintenance crew. I was always very comfortable and always knew that many issues around the apartment would be addressed promptly. However, I have also much less enjoyed rent going up by 100-200 dollars/per month, every single time it came time to renew the lease. The rent never goes down, as they say, but it sure never stayed the same either. Each year it became more and more difficult to afford, and ultimately justify the price I was paying. I now have a mortgage that is less pricey than the monthly rent. In the 3 years I lived there, our rent went up by nearly $500 from where we had started. They added a dog park, storage lockers, and did exterior updates alongside t

Pros: Beautiful quiet area with a small deck we’ve enjoyed listening to the birds along with watching birds, squirrels and deer. Office staff and maintenance is extremely friendly, caring and attentive. When there is a problem they are quick to address and respond. You are allowed to have one pet and there is a lovely new fenced area for dogs to play in. Electric utility is quite reasonable. Water, trash, and septic is included in rent and the garbage and recycle bins are available 24/7. There is an outside storage area on each apartment deck. Landscaping and pest control is well maintained. Con’s: The rent per month is high and it increases each year without fail, like 11% increase the first year and almost 8% the second year. No central air conditioning or ceiling fans. Laundry, 2 washer

I wanted to give this place a better review since the first few months living here were fine, but the last several months have been ridiculous. The apartments themselves are nice enough, however not nearly enough to be considered "luxury" as advertised. Between the replacing of the siding waking us up at 7 in the morning on and off the last 5 months, to increasing our rent $300 in a single year for an unfurnished, 2 bedroom apartment, I cannot in good faith recommend this place to anyone as it stands. If you don't mind huge price hikes, random apartment inspections with less than 24 hours notice, and workers outside your window at 7:30am, then this is the place for you.
