Lived on Dexter for three years and enjoyed the neighborhood greatly. Older (maybe 70s) style but well kept, except for the windows with ineffective insulation. They switched from coin op laundry to open use which was a great improvement for the building. There was a vermin issue that took a while to resolve, but the third-party vendors they hired were kind and responsible. The maintenance crew member who was issued to our location was a bit off, but we didn't need service often. Jonathan at the leasing office was a great help. Responsibly left our unit and we received our deposit back. My biggest issue is that there is an AirBnB that shares the same drive and their guests were often loud and disruptive, especially around football season.
