IRT Living

IRT Living took over Cortland Gateway which is now Gateway at Pinellas. Since management has taken over I have been displeased with several things. The primary issue with that location is the package system. Don't move to Gateway at Pinellas unless you want your Amazon packages missing, stolen, or lost. Since they can't handle the all the Amazon orders folks have, they make the Amazon drivers deliver to the door. The issue with this is not all Amazon drivers will do this which is not to IRT fault. However, it's a bad situation for the resident because IRT won't help or can't do anything about it, and Amazon will just apologize and that's it. This has happened to me multiple times and I just don't understand why it's so stressful to get packages delivered to this IRT property. It's extreme

I applied at 1250 West apartments in Marietta GA Managed by IRT Living and was denied. That's fine, however its now 40days since the notice on my denial and I have not received my refund. I was told during the application I would be refunded if I was denied. I was given paper work and a business card which I was told I would be able to reach that person. Well to no one's surprise there's No Answer. I just called the office again only to be met by 'virtual agent for the Office at 1250 West, after several calls and leaving voice messages. I will follow up to this complaint.
