My son lives here. Rent is pretty high but it's worth me feeling like he's safe there. Apartments are very nice inside and each room has its own bathroom. His apartment was fully furnished and comes with all appliances. The place where they put their trash stays pretty over filled but outside of that I can't think of any complaints other than moving in was tough. Only bc the walk from the parking deck(& that's if you can find parking on the level your apartment is on) to the apartment with heavy loads was brutal especially since it was so hot that time of year. So come prepared with something to roll your stuff on to save your back!🥵😵 But once they're in the only thing to dread is moving out. Lol. We got lucky and his two roommates changed their minds last minute so he's got the whole apar

I lived here my sophomore year and had no complaints! The staff was incredible from start to finish to make the property feel as comfortable as possible. Maintenance was very timely and made sure to build relationships with residents as well.

Roof has leaked since move in and we pay extra a month for my daughter to live in an upper level. We were told months ago it would be fixed and it never was. We have requested the fee to be removed numerous times and it’s impossible to talk to someone or get a call back. My daughter has a hole in her ceiling with pink insulation sticking out. They have treated the hole for mold before too.

I’ve really enjoyed my time living here! The team is always welcoming, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful whenever I need anything. The property is clean, taken care of, and has a comfortable, safe atmosphere. The location is perfect for students, and the amenities make life super convenient. I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for reliable, hassle-free student housing!

Fantastic place to call home! The property is well-kept, maintenance responds quickly, and the office staff is always welcoming. It’s convenient, and comfortable environment for my roommates and I. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience living here!
