I rented from this company for a year lease and surprisingly got my whole deposit back after I moved out, the problem is that when I brought the check to the bank, they told me they could not accept it because it was invalid. I have sent several emails to this property management company explaining what happened and that I need a new check. No response. I’ve left a few voicemails as well to their phone line (they also never pick up) and no calls back. I even had a DEPUTY reach out and he informed me they have ignored him as well. I have been completely ghosted. Even with threatening legal action and giving them a deadline couldn’t even get a reply for that. Not to mention while I was living there they had a maintenance man enter my apartment with THIRTY minutes

Just went and saw these apartments it was beautiful and a great location really easy to get around from here with public transportation. I’m super excited to see if I can get in would be great.

Took 3 weeks for them to get back to me about my application. Frequent followup texts with the leasing coordinator who apparently didn't know how to deal with applications, sent me to their assistant who uses a Google number and doesn't answer emails, just to get turned down with a monthly wage 10x the rent and a decent credit score. Steer wiiiiiide away from these guys if you have the option. No structure, processes, just seems like a collector of application fees.

If you are looking to get a deposit back this isn't the place they will give you a letter stating they are delaying it . However in Utah they can send the letter but Utah state law requires them to give your deposit back they give the right up for keeping it . After the 30 days . It's been 30 days and they said we sent a letter out saying there has been a delay in it and we haven't gotten the apartment turned over yet . Utah state law requires you to send my deposit back within 30 days or a itemized deduction of a break down of cost within 30 days they haven't done that they are breaking the lawy I have emails and everything plan on taking them to court .

I recommended never renting from this management group, they never fix anything. I was left with no working stove for 3 yrs, outlets falling apart which is dangerous, my dishwasher was never fixed, I didn’t have working ac and heat for three yrs. Management always changed and they screw you over big time they just shut down and never exist. You will also never get your deposit back so say goodbye to that.
