Carlos from maintenance did a great job with a few requests I had as a new tenant. He called before he came and after to explain what was done. He was courteous and professional. I really appreciate his help and IPG's fast response.

IPG has been great. They have addressed issues that the prior company would just put a band-aid, when it needed true surgery. Since they have managed our property, I've felt certain I would be taken care of and they offer honesty and transparency. Overall this is a great company that shows through their actions and hard work. Let the work speak for its self.

Carlos came to the apartment and literally handled everything professionally and was very personable also cleaned up after himself, IPG would be stupid if they didn’t give him a raise/incentive to keep him around because plenty of other people will pay good money for that type of work.

Carlos was an exceptional help fixing my move-in requests! He was able to fix my sink and replace a faucet, adjust my water heater, address closet doors, fix a shelf and a window- all in one visit. Very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful!!

Put in a service request in the morning, Carlos was there in the afternoon. Polite, friendly, and efficient. Unclogged refrigerator water line and took care of my question regarding furnace filter.
