We cannot say enough great things about Sarah Weber. She was my husband’s original contact when his father’s estate recently sold a property to CR Property Group. Personally, she was fantastic to work with and the positive part of this experience. In hindsight we should have hired a realtor to sell the property. That is what CR Property Group did after signing an Agreement of Sale with the estate. The Agreement stated that they had 14 days to terminate the Agreement for any reason. During that 14 days they had a realtor showing the property both day and night. My husband specifically asked that they not schedule showings when he was trying to clean out the house or after dark which was not safe as there wasn’t much light.
