Inspecta-Homes was a great choice for us. They have a great website so you can read about them. They quickly cleared up any confusion I had with inspections - I had tried to set up an appointment but picked something I didn't need to choose. They called me at once to clarify that entry and managed to save me 750 dollars in unnecessary tests. Then they made an appointment for the next day. Dan came to do the TISH and he was very helpful in finding the 2 things that needed to be changed before the sale. It was quick, fairly painless in the items that needed to be attended to. He gave me helpful advice on what to do. We were all finished in 1.5 hours. Excellent service and helpful staff.
