Innslake Place

When I took a tour of this complex, it instantly felt like home! Kelsey & Landon were both AMAZING with the moving process. Definitely kept me in loop of things, very helpful & was always there if I had questions. I moved in last week, and it’s a pleasure to be greeted by your name when you walk in the door. It definitely has a personal touch, when you take the time to say hello! Kelsey & Landon both are good at what they do. Definitely blessed to have found this place to call home!

Nice place to live, managers are cool. Maintenance staff are rude and don’t solve any requests to satisfaction. Multiple requests have been made for different issues and every single one had not been fulfilled to satisfaction. One even sat down on our couch without permission when we let them in to repair our smoke detectors *which they didn’t. We ended up giving up on the issue. 3 stars for the gym and game room.

Nice place to live, managers are nice and helpful, maintenance is always available to help with any question or concerns. They plan a bunch of fun activities for residents. Landon & Kelsey are amazing!

The leasing process was smooth sailing. Both Kelsey and Landon are wonderful at what they do. They call you by your name which is so small but it means a lot. The apartment itself is really nice and modern. It is a good diversity of people living here which is really nice too. They have a garage which came in handy this winter!! The walls are thin and you can hear pretty much everything your neighbors are doing. But if you turn on the fan or some form of white noise, it’s not bad. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

This is our second time renting an Innslake Place apartment! The location within Innsbrook is super convenient to the interstate and offers easy access to all the amenities afforded by living in suburbia. Love the lake and trails around it - just across the street - which provide an opportunity to be in nature in the heart of Short Pump. The deck parking is great, too. Even in the heart of winter you can avoid scraping icy windshields. As far as the apartment itself is concerned, the open floor plan of the 2 bedroom apartment gives the feel of more space and works well for us. Additionally, it's easy to maintain! And, the icing on the cake is the staff! Landon Beir listened carefully to what we were looking for and found a location within the building to meet all of our needs. The applic
