Innovo Living Hyde Park is truly amazing! The property is beautiful, clean, and well-kept, and the community has such a welcoming vibe. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and maintained. A special shoutout to Danny, the leasing agent — absolutely outstanding! He’s incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping people find the right apartment. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows. If you’re looking for a great place to live with top-notch service, Innovo Living Hyde Park is it. Highly recommend!

Awesome place to call home, can’t beat location or charm of the building. Sarah Jeremy and Pjai have been an absolutely pleasure to work with and go way above and beyond to take care of residents (and dogs). Dog walking services have been an incredible help. Keep doing a great job!

I've dealt with a lot of rental companies but Innovoliving is actually a good company. Like living in any apartment, issues arise with neighbors or maintenance but what makes innovoliving stand out is that they do something about it. The maintenance staff is friendly and fast. When I submit an issue it is promptly resolved. I appreciate that there isn't a lot of staff turnover because when maintenance arrives you know who is entering your apartment and you are able to build a level of trust. Similarly the office staff do their best to accommodate any requests you may have. The amenities are continually being revised based on feedback and they try to offer amenities people care about such as pool access, workout classes at no fee, gym access, dog walking services, etc. I've considered movi

10/10 experience with Jeremy and the whole team at Innovo Living. They really cater to what you are looking for, making sure you feel valued throughout the whole process. All of their buildings have beautiful, historic charm (which I personally love) and are located centrally making it a very convenient living situation. Couldn’t recommend them more!

We’ve had a FANTASTIC experience at Innovo. From our initial tour with Danny, we knew right away that this was the right community to call home. The grounds are well kept, the units are clean and updated, and the staff is always available and happy to help. Danny and the team never make us feel like a burden, treating us like family whenever we need anything. We will absolutely be renewing, and look forward to many more years calling Innovo home.
