My experience with getting any work done in my apartment has gone smoothly so far. No problems at all. They work with you and your schedule to try and get things done for you. I’m satisfied so far with their service.

Definitely one of the WORST rental experiences I have ever had to endure. Moy was the property at the time and he just rattled off every apartment issue I had. From AC problems to roach issues. I have a daughter and we endured a roach infestation for MONTHS with no answers. Our building was next to a garbage, for months I asked for pest control to intervene. I had to place numerous traps/bait stations around my unit to get in under control. At a certain point every time I collected glue traps with the dead/ alive roaches, I just dropped it off at the property office in a ziplock bag so they can see what I was enduring. I had to stay at family/friends and hotels because the unit was unbearable to live.. I even contact Dept of Health and was told I need to get a lawyer involved, however it

Called for maintenance request for my air conditioner that was leaking. Maintenance came in within 2 hours after my request. I really appreciated the knowledge of the technician that came out. He was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns.

MR.RAYMOND the manager's assistant went above and beyond to help meet my needs and wants . He is so professional and has a very welcoming spirit. He needs a RAISE !

This is by far the best management company! The property where I live is always clean, safe, and well taken care of. The management team is amazing—super professional, friendly, and always quick to help with anything. Rent is really affordable
