I have had numerous problems with my real estate agent Shirley Sanchez representing my interests. It appears she was more on the side of the tenant and I suspect conflict of interest. Not the professionalism I am used to and expected when I signed up with them. It has resulted in legal action against the tenant for non payment and non compliance to contract terms and now Shirley is walking away from her obligations under the agreement. Please do your own due diligence and references regarding this agency, especially the agent. Don’t be influenced by my experience, but be warned to do your homework.
