DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! This property is mismanaged completely. I moved into a nasty apartment. Baseboards brown with dirt that you can’t clean. The caulking in the bathroom was terrible it was old dirty caulk packed on top of old dirty caulk on to of old dirty caulk. There is a leak in the build that causes mold. They just paint over the mold. I put in so many maintenance request. I was blown off by front office. They all act clueless. Everytime I made a request to transfer they said they had to ask corporate… The regional manager came to visit the property and viewed my apartment. She shrugged her shoulders as I explained to her that the mold and water leaks ruined all my bags. She said the best thing she could do was throw my purses away for me. Complete d

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!! Me and my boyfriend were very excited to own our first place together. We were told the unit we saw was going to be the same as our official unit. However, that was not the case. We emailed many times before moving in if we could see the apartment. They kept insisting that it was getting fixed. IT WAS NOT. I am still to this day trying to get them to fix the unit. There’s mold all in the counters and the tiles in the shower are coming loose. I have submitted a work ordered and they process it without completing it. They also have alot of bugs problems. We went to the office to complain and they said to email them with pictures and what we would like to get done. THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE EMAIL!!! I am almost 7 months pregnant and the amount of marijuana that goes arou

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! The building is very old very much in need of repairs. One of the main issues they have is with their heating/cooling system. It is a very old chiller/boiler system. I've complained over and over that is 80 to 90° in my apartment and there was no way to control the heat or air. I was told to put a towel under my door and keep my patio door open. First of all I shouldn't have to put a towel under my door, it should be properly weather stripped. I couldn't keep my patio door open because there is no screen. I finally complained to the point that they gave me a ripped up screen, but still I shouldn't have to keep it open 24 hours. Hours. It's no fun hearing the sirens all night and other noises. Can't sleep due to the excessive heat. I'm absolutely miserable. The heating

First things first, I have never once lived on my own and I was excited and terrified at the same time. Armani was the agent who helped me. She answered all of my very annoying phone calls and was still so kind after I asked the same question 6 different ways. When I received the email that I was approved, I called and confirmed that it was true and cried on the phone to her (LMAO sorry girl). She helped me every step of the way, encouraged me to make the space my own, et cetera. I didn’t know what to expect living on my own for the first time. I did my unit inspection and put in my maintenance order. It was fixed within 24 hours. They’ve addressed any concerns I have had, the neighbors throughout are all so nice, and I genuinely feel safe due to the badging in process to the building. I c

I have since moved from Indigo Riverview. The illegal marijuana continued. The utilities are combined with the buildings. The elevator was stopping between floors about to fall when I left. Just disgusting They initially offered me to leave. When they saw I continued to try to get issues taken care of they tried to evict. I was making plans because I have never lived in drug infested environment. I left. You know as long as people allow it, landlords don't care if they all die of drugs. It needs to be condemned. *****Update from after two weeks. I am really concerned now and am working with some people to get some things done regarding the long-standing issues at Indigo Riverview Memphis TN. Of course in 90 to over 100 degrees sun, there is absolutely no common sense reason the cool
