We were excited to find a newly built spacious townhouse at a cheaper price than what we were paying. The office manager Jenn was really nice and helpful. However since moving in over a year ago now we have seen a drastic change for the worse. Ghetto hood rats and their kids have moved in! One of the reasons we moved here was for the school district which is one of the best in PA. I honestly believe that a lot of people from Baltimore are moving up here and bringing down the value of area. I would not be surprised if they change the school zones. We plan to buy a home when our lease is up. We have noticed people moving out at an alarming rate! The kind of people we hate to see go because they were friendly, nice and quiet. They are being replaced by loud, rude, ghetto trash!! As far a
I was not going to post anything but I saw a lot of negative comments so I decided to comment. Many people who have a problem will post a bad comment but most time the positive experiences do not get posted. Lived here for a year and it is great. My fellow neighbors on here who have complained about the neighborhood are INSANE. Just like any neighborhood in America you will have children who are just being children. I have not had any issues with the children in the street, but if they are, tell them to get out or they will get hit. That’s simple people. I will agree there are no parks or pools in the neighborhood but as a homeowner you may not have parks or pools either. The community promote that we are renters living like homeowners, so yes that means you may have to go out and sweep th
Ive lived here for 3 years and I am very pleased with my home and the staff. I'm disappointed to read the reviews posted by disgruntled residents because it's not an accurate depiction of life here at Indigo. The property manger, is the only on site staff member besides maintenance and she does the job of both property manager and leasing consultant. The company has set up several ways to submit requests and if used properly our needs are always met. She has gone above and beyond for myself and my family and even brought me bags of ice when our ice maker wasn't working. In reference to reading the comments about ghetto Baltimore people living here, I would have to say that if they are from Baltimore, they were screened just like everyone else that lives here. Their credit was in order an
I have had a wonderful experience living here! They have a gentleman who walks around every morning Monday - Friday to pick up trash and the town homes are beautiful and cozy... we have been here for one year and every time someone comes over they always say how cozy, homey, and nice it is. My favorite thing about this place is the sense of community here! I have met and made so many great friends in this place, friends that I am going to keep for a lifetime. We're all watching out for each other's children and the kids here all play together... it's like one big happy family! Also, our Property Manager, Tori, is like the gatekeeper! There was one day my son got dropped off at the wrong bus stop and when my son's Godmother called Tori she immediately go tin her car and drove around l
Unfortunately, I've lived here since 2013 after my husband got out of the military and it's progressively gone down hill. The management office is only available to collect rent. They accuse the wrong people of allowing their dogs to"go" because they know the ones who are actually doing it won't pay the fine. Leasing office is all smiles when you sign a lease but aren't a help with anything. My dishwasher has leaked repeatedly for months. I've emailed them repeatedly and they just send their 1 (yes 1) maintenance man to come out and "fix" it. Last time he came out, he just walked out without saying a word and never came back. We just stopped using the stupid thing. They also not only want 2 months notice when you plan to vacate but they expect the rent $ up front for those 2 months. We've
