Indian River Apartments and Townhomes

I have lived here for a few years now and have enjoyed my stay. The office and maintenance are very quick to respond and helpful with any issues. They recently added a clubhouse with a gym, and an outdoor area with a dog park (that includes a wash station!), grilling/ picnic area, and an amazon locker. I also love how close it is to all the shopping you could need, and major highways. (Not too close, just close enough! Highly convenient)

The application/move-in process and working with Karen was an absolute pleasure. I am so pleased to a part of this community. Thank you Indian River Apartments!

This is such a great place to live. Beautiful apartments. Spacious with hardwood floors. Landscaping is always beautiful, and the staff is amazing. Cat, who manages the property, made everything so easy. She is a awesome. 5 stars all the way.

Staff is very much supportive, specially property Manager Cat is very much supportive nature. I have been living here since a year and whenever I raise any service request they just addressed quickly. I would suggest if they install security cameras they will deserve for 5 star.

Pros: - The manager, Cat, is proactive and responds to emails quickly. - Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. - The property is well-kept and maintained. - There’s a new dog park and fitness center, which are great additions. Cons: - The laundry facilities are first come, first served, and some tenants leave their laundry in machines too long. - Some tenants wash pet rugs in the washers, which aren’t commercial-grade, so we prefer going to a laundromat. - Each apartment is only allotted one parking spot, and visitor spots are also first come, first served, which can sometimes be inconvenient.
