Imperial Palms Apartments

I’ve had a really great experience living in Imperial Palms, a big part of that is the apartment Manager Betsy and our handyman Ronny. Betsy is always friendly and super helpful whenever something comes up. Ronny is awesome too, he gets all our repairs done fast and everything is always fixed and maintained properly. It’s clear that they both care about the apartments and the people who live here. It’s nice living somewhere where maintenance and communication aren’t a constant headache ♥

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here at Imperial Palms Apartments. The community is well-maintained and truly feels like home. I especially want to thank Betsy, Maria, and Rony for their outstanding service and support. They are always professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything needed. Whether it’s answering questions, or handling requests. Thank you!

I've lived at Imperial Palms Apartments for 23 years so far and I LOVE my home! There's no other place I'd rather live! I feel very safe and secure in our gated community. We have an Awesome manager, Ms. Betsy, she's very professional, and easy to talk to. She really cares for her tenant's and any needs they may have. Thanks to our amazing maintenance man Mr Ronny, all apartment issues are solved/fixed in a quick and professional manner day or night! Imperial Palms Apartments is a great place to call home!

This is the best apartment complex ever. Ms Betsy the apartment manager is very kind and understanding, any issues you have with the apartment she is quick to get to it and fix the issue. Unlike other places who won’t listen. I highly recommend this apartment complex. The environment is friendly as well and very quiet and peaceful. They also take pets.. need to say more ? :) thank you Betsy and Ronny the maintenance guy for always helping out when we need something.

I recently toured the apartment complex with Maria, and I just want to say how I appreciated her time and professionalism. She was knowledgeable and incredibly patient with all the questions I was asking. Maria made the entire tour feel comfortable and informative, highlighting features I might have overlooked and providing clear details about the community, amenities, and leasing options.
