Encasa Norwalk

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this. Since Debbie became manager at Encasa Norwalk Apartments, the difference has been night and day. It honestly feels like everything improved overnight. Things are organized, issues get handled quickly, and the property just feels more cared for. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes pride in what she does. She’s on top of everything and actually follows through, which makes such a huge difference. It’s really refreshing to have management that feels present and involved. So grateful for the positive changes she’s brought here!

Ever since Debbie took over as manager at Encasa Norwalk, it has been nothing but positive! The entire atmosphere of the property has completely transformed for the better. Debbie is truly one of a kind—so kind-hearted, approachable, and always willing to help with anything you need. She genuinely cares about the residents and it shows in everything she does. Whether it’s addressing concerns quickly, keeping the property looking great, or simply greeting everyone with a warm smile, she goes above and beyond every single time. It’s rare to find a manager who is both professional and so compassionate, but Debbie strikes that perfect balance. Encasa Norwalk is lucky to have her, and our community is better because of her leadership!

I give this place 5 stars!!!! The customer service is top notch. The Property Manager Debbie was so professional and very responsive. She was such a sweet heart. Debbie made my experience so smooth, easy with no worries.

I randomly walked in and Debbie was so sweet & welcoming. She was very knowledgeable of the property. There was no availability but she still insisted on giving me a tour just so that I could have an idea if anything came available sooner than later.

This apartment complex is unsafe and horribly managed. Our car was broken into and management did NOTHING. Random people are constantly allowed into the property, and the water and gas were shut off repeatedly for so-called “emergencies.” The property manager is impossible to reach and completely useless. We were overcharged on rent multiple times, and getting our money back was a fight every time. To top it off, it took over TWO MONTHS to get our security deposit back, and they deducted money for things we did not damage. We left the apartment exactly as we found it. The worst part of living here is the property management. Save yourself the stress and live somewhere else.
