Imperial Gardens Apartments

Imperial Gardens was the first place that gave me a chance after a not so good rental history and I can say I am so impressed and blessed . Ms Reeka is amazing at what she does you would have thought she has 100 people working beside her but the little crew that we have is so efficient from maintenance to the pest control team to how they make sure our apartment hallways are cleaned to the trash bins outside to how well kept the play ground stays . Let’s just say I’m knocking on 1 year of being here and I plan on staying ! Thank yall for all you do at Imperial Gardens apartments .

My sister just recently had an apartment fire everything was a total lost. They stated to her that she could get another apartment by paying another 2,000+ for another unit which she declined. Now they are stating that she has to pay rent and pay 2,000 to break her lease for an apartment that just had a total lost on and is not livable. Theses reviews are not real at all I can name out multiple problems with theses apartment. I can not wait until my lease is up. These people have no care in the world about anything but can go home & sleep peacefully. Why pay for another unit with the roaches being so terrible! Please do you’re research before spending 2-3 thousand dollars on theses apartments.

Imperial Gardens is a great place to live. I’ve been here for a couple months and the apartments are clean and quiet. The property manager Reeka is very caring and accommodating with any questions or issues you may have. I’m extremely grateful, 10/10 do recommend !!

The roaches are terrible pest control doesn’t even come out every month and they don’t even help they come & spray a little & that’s it. The day I first moved in roaches were jumping everywhere. They raise rent every year and we gotta live with bugs. Not to mention the parking sucks I have to park far away from my apartment building every night and carry items to the second floor. The pet waste bins are always full when asked to change they say okay and do months later. Not to mention my apartment had a fire from the previous renters. I’ve been quiet long enough after hearing other neighbors complaining from my building and other buildings I’m going to keep speaking out!

Imperial Gardens is also in a fantastic location, making it convenient for St. Louis residents looking for easy access to the city’s amenities and attractions.
