Please don’t think to move in this looks could be very deceiving. I promise they are very nasty on the inside, stuffy and stank Trash can sit for days no cleaners Maintenance take their time recent Office always closed and they never answered the phone. I wouldn’t move a dead dog into these. And the new manager Tiffany is vary unprofessional what have you guys turned this place into

I got approved to move into my apartment. I’ve tried calling on multiple occasions and no one is answering to give me details. I’m scheduled to move in next week but no one is answering the phone. When they did answer the phone the attitude was DISGRACEFUL and they still didn’t tell me any information about me moving in. I will be contacting cooperate and letting them know the people they hiring are very unprofessional. Before being nasty on the phone, better know who you are talking to because you never know who knows who

Here’s an email I sent to management to no avail. Got no response and my advice is to stay away from this RPM company/location. You do not want to reside here, from poor management, the filthy halls, laundry room and the nonstop battle with an infestation of Roaches! Too many issues to list! 1/2/2025 I’ve added 4 more photos showing my ongoing issues with 45 S Idlewild, continued pest issues, found this roach in my refrigerator(pictured) a few days ago along with garbage/trash stacking up in the hall for the last week! Can’t understand why these issues(with many others) continue to persist! Can’t wait to relocate out of here!

I really enjoyed the tour of the hotel. Tara made the time I was there amazing. Because of her, I will be considering make Idle 45 my next place to live.

I don’t think they have office staff. Tried calling several days in a row, phone call was never answered. Scheduled a tour online. Received several reminders about my scheduled tour. Arrived to the appointment on my break and was told by, I’m assuming a resident, that the office is closed. Uhm ok!
