Icon @ Park Circle

I’ve lived at Icon @ Park Circle for just over a week, and overall I’ve had a positive experience. Maintenance is extremely responsive. When I reported issues with my unit not being fully prepared at move in, maintenance arrived within minutes and addressed every concern thoroughly. Pest control was also scheduled quickly once I contacted the office. The value is one of the biggest pros. For the price, especially given the distance to downtown, it’s hard to beat. I pay just over $1,100 for a two bedroom, which feels reasonable for the area. I also don’t have a car, and the bus access here is very convenient. Safety wise, I generally feel comfortable. OMG!!!!! Can NOT !! Say enough! If I could give ten stars I would. If you are looking to be greater with a smile and treated good this is it… After looking around I found my perfect place. My move in was wonderful thanks to the manager Miriam 🥰 and staff. Nice property clean and a wonderful experience 10 **********

It seems this company is revamping this neighborhood to be an aesthetic and safe neighborhood. While there are some issues to be addressed, it is getting better. I have hope that this management company will turn this neighborhood around. The security features, (like gated and well lit at night) on site maintenance, and nice office staff are some things I loved. Litter, stray cats, and pest control still need work.

I’ve been living at Icon at the Park for one year, and it’s been an incredible experience! From the beginning, the staff has been attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

This place does not have a fitness center, the gate has been broken for over a year, there are rats and roaches. Poor management from the corporation. They have black mold in the units and the plumbing is bad. I lived there for a year, and I would not recommend it for anyone. I'm not sure why they have all 5-star reviews because this property is not where you want to live and pay. Seems as if there are other people from other properties being told to write these reviews.
