Hyde Park

Honestly the only reason this place is so reasonably priced is because it's an older building. If that weren't the case I would expect to pay 50% more. It's not the most modern looking place but the maintenance is RESPONSIVE (literally as I was typing this he knocked on the door, I made my request yesterday), the landlords are courteous and reasonable, and there's a lot of nice places to walk and hang up a hammock nearby. Very quickly this place has become my home and I intend to stay here until it's time for me and my wife to get a mortgage.

I'm new to this apartment complex. My move in experience has gone extremely smoothly. The apartments are quiet even with many residents having dogs. There were issues when I moved in that needed to be taken care of and staff has been fantastic and handled all of them. I've lived in many apartments. And I have to say for an older building The apartments are in very good shape.

(Had to edit an old review to get this to post lol): The maintenance guy Dakota was AWESOME! He was able to fix my clogged sink less than 24 hours after I put in a maintenance request. Still happy to be living here at Hyde Park, and kudos to Dakota! 😁👍 I've lived here for about 6 years now. Even though it's an older building, my apartment has always been cozy and comfortable. The property (2416 & 2414) is in a nice quiet area right next to the hiking trail and the creek. Maintenance has always helped me when needed in a timely manner, and the staff in the leasing office has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location close to the interstate and downtown. And the other residents that I've met in my time here have been great people. I'm definitely happy living at Hyde Park!

Two out of three washers in the laundry room are out of order. One has been down for 2 months. There is a tripping hazard on the steps that have been getting worse over the past year. The fire extinguisher by the laundry room has been missing for a month. And they want to raise my rent

I just recently moved in. During a pandemic, relocating back to Colorado, not knowing anyone, but everything has been great as it could be thus far! Working with Julie(leasing agent), has made the transition that much easier and less stressful. She's very reliable and always seeking to help. If you're considering moving here, I highly recommend asking for her. Now the apartment isn't a million dollar home, but you get what you pay for. The balcony is a very nice addition and the neighbors seem to keep to themselves. It's quiet and very peaceful! Centrally located in the springs and there's a nice trail literally right behind the building.
