Huxley Apartments

I moved in almost 4 months ago and have never loved living somewhere more than I love living here! I was in a hard situation and needed to move quickly, I applied to this apartment on a Saturday and by Monday afternoon, I was told I had been approved! The ladies that manage the property are absolutely remarkable! Any maintenance requests that I have entered have been resolved within 24 hours!(!!) They are so friendly and people oriented and make an amazing team! Eddie, the maintenance gentleman, has been amazing at communicating with my requests! The property is always in immaculate shape, and the hallways smell amazing! They just repainted the hallways to a lovely new color! I lived here for two years and had an amazing experience. - Highly recommend There are coffee shops, dive bars, and a recording studio right up the street if that’s up your alley. Thank you guys for the great memories.

I’ve lived at The Huxley for almost two years now and it’s been an amazing experience! The complex is always clean and I feel very safe with all of the security measures throughout the building. The property management is absolutely fabulous and ensure the safety of all residents. Sara is an amazing property manager and is very responsive, approachable, and helpful with any situation. Her and Gabriella throw events for the complex and their want to build the community at the apartment is wonderful! Eddie is the main man for maintenance and has really helped me out in some tough spots as well! Overall the community and management are great! 10/10

Huxley Apartments is a great place to live. The staff, amenities and location have been amazing. I have really enjoyed my time here. Had a very small number of maintenance requests and all were handled quickly. The Northeast neighborhood has a lot to offer too. Able to walk or bike to restaurants, bars and stores. Highly recommend the Huxley.

Beautiful, clean, and safe building! Wonderful area to live. Sara the property manager is very helpful and kind. Any and all issues are always handled quickly and efficiently.
