If I could leave ZERO stars I would!!! The property is under new management, They finally got staff in the office “still no replies and no phone number too reach them”. You have to call another property they own the overbrook. They completely hang up most times unless you request the manager of that property and she doesn’t run this property but attempts to help. It took weeks before we got air. The lady from another property had to come help cool the unit. Mold growing throughout the units. No one is fixing the issues causing several people’s children and babies to have respiratory issues. The old management wasn’t the BEST but they at least came to fix things or pretend too. The units LOOK amazing but once your in here your in here and it’s a joke. It took weeks to get someone in the off

Apartment Complex is now under new management, there is ZERO COMMUNICATION. I have called relentlessly, with no luck because they haven’t updated their phone number. I have emailed and reached out several times with no reply. They are basically going to force me into signing a new lease, unless I want my rent up charged another 250$, in this economy??! I have no way to request for maintenance. I have no way to pay their utilities because they took it upon themselves, with NO NOTICE to their tenants (at all!) to discontinue their business with who serviced the apartments for utilities. OH! As well as, never replacing the office staff. So no one is in the leasing office to help any of the tenants. When I moved in last year, there was zero problems with communication. Worst apartment complex ever since new management took over my neighbor water pipe broke water went through our apartments since we live underneath them maintenance has not come out to fix it. All our clothes and shoes are deleted from the shit water ,No air condition, we had to go out and buy one of those AC units to cool our apartment, no communication. Nobody answer the phone. Nobody is at the office ever, car and apartment getting broke into , they haven’t moaned the lawn , we out here looking a jungle . And they went up on rent without telling us and forcing us to sign a new lease when we don’t want to.

I'm am not really one to write reviews but anyone looking to move here DON'T. There is new management/property was bought it as really turned around my experience here for the worse. They were and still are not prepared for the switch over. No landlord, no maintenance, unanswered emails, no call backs. When you do finally get someone on the phone they are so rude and demeaning and hang up on you. All this PLUS my unit has mold in every window sill and now coming through the ceiling in my baby's room. Genuinely cannot wait to move out.

I have been experiencing difficulties with non-functional air conditioning and broken plumbing for the past four weeks. Despite sending multiple messages, emails, and calls to the new management, I have received no response, and the leasing office is unstaffed.
