Huntington Village Apartments

I have lived here for nearly 3 years, and during this time, the property has undergone several management changes. Shawna with Collective has been the best yet! She is quick to resolve any issues that may arise, as well as maintaining the property and keeping things very clean. She also hosts fun community events and competitions and even books food trucks for the tenants in the summer months! If you want to live somewhere where the “landlord” truly cares for you and your comfort, Huntington Village is for you.

Living here for the past five years, I’ve watched the building change a lot and the change under the new property manager has been remarkable. Where prior management struggled, the new manager brings warmth, professionalism, and real care. They check in with residents, remember our pets by name, and make sure everyone feels supported. Maintenance is quick, the building is cleaner than ever, and the whole community feels brighter. Truly a 5-star experience.

Manager is amazing! Very responsive and you can tell she takes pride in her property, cares about her tenants and their pets! Great neighbors! Wonderful location, close to endless opportunities! Great amenities! Not to mention…VERY REASONABLE PRICED!!! I would highly suggest this property!!

When I first moved in, I had done so in a hurry. There was a misunderstanding by the then manager, and I thought "oh, here we go" as after living and renting in Sioux Falls for the majority of my life, I had lived in some poorly managed complexes before. Then, it was a revolving door of managers, maintenance people, and even ownership. The Collective, the new property managers, have righted the ship though. They're prompt at answering calls whether they be for maintenance or general questions answered. I love my apartment here, and I know it's because there finally seems to be some stability and accountability by the people running it.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I lived there for three years and they still charged me for a normal wear and tear after moving out. There are better places and management in Sioux Falls.
