The management company has had problems with all the management directors passing through this office. Presently and repeatedly, Fabiola has been terribly unprofessional making up arbitrary new rules to impose limit and control residents. She will outright make false and unsubstantiated claims about neighbor/staff complaints against you to justify herself. She will make false claims that violate the rental agreement. She will claim to be constantly busy but primarily it's from her self imposed self centered dictates. She seems to need to push residents down to make her feel better about herself and will talk to you that way. I don’t usually bother with reviews, but after what I’ve seen at this property, people should know what they’re dealing with. The property manager, Fabiola, is honestly the biggest issue here. She always looks upset, the office is constantly closed during actual business hours. She’s not friendly or approachable AT ALL. Once I had gone up to the office and knocked bc I had a question about my rent payment and she rolled her eyes and said “come back later” but with the nastiest tone and waved her hand in my face like I’m a burden. I didn’t end up going back. Her customer service is terrible. She talks down to residents, (personal experience) and other residents have talked about their own experiences with her (which aren’t great) . The current property manager is extremely questionable. She requests tenants to smoke outside in the carports and common areas, which is a direct violation of the lease agreement. When she alters rules they are never provided to the tenant in writing because that would be evidence of a contract breach & of course she doesn’t want that. Only complies with tenant laws and local regulations when there’s a possibility that she will get in trouble for ignoring or avoiding issues. Extremely wishy-washy communication; is only nice when she wants to be but if she’s annoyed she will project that annoyance onto you. I’ve been a resident here for almost three years and I’m very pleased with my experience at Huntington pointe . It’s a great place to live - if you follow the rules and are a respectful neighbor, You will do great here. I’d love for you to see the property Highly recommend😬

5 stars Cesar, the new maintenance man, is one of the hardest-working maintenance guys I’ve seen on this property. I’m a caretaker for one of the residents, and ever since he started, you can truly see the difference around here. He’s always out and about — whether it’s cleaning, fixing, or making improvements — and he does it all with a great attitude. He’s never just standing around, and the results of his hard work speak for themselves. The property looks cleaner, more well-kept, and the laundry rooms have never looked better. It’s clear that Cesar takes a lot of pride in his work, and it really makes a huge difference for everyone living here.
