Huntington Manor Apartments

I would NOT recommend living here. My girlfriend, who I've been helping move out over the last month, has been dealing with a rat infestation in her apartment for over two months, and the landlords, Sid and Stephie, have done almost nothing to resolve it. Their lack of communication is beyond frustrating--you'll never get a response unless you chase them down multiple times. To make things even worse, forget about the office hours. Neither of them is ever in the leasing office, nor do they leave a note stating where they are or if they're available. Sid manages multiple properties, and it's clear he can barely manage this one. Maintenance requests either take forever to be submitted by him or just sit there incomplete. Stephie isn't any better, and together they've shown little concern fo

Great experience so far! Superb communication from the beginning on. I already felt at home even before moving in! The great communication with the management was one reason I wanted to move in, even thought there was no vacant apartment in the beginning. The management is extremely fast and responsive regarding every question you might have. Via email or phone. Sherry also did everything possible to get the perfect apartment for me and my dog. Before moving in, I even got a detailed explanation and update on the current renovation process. Since living here I can finally enjoy my current work from home situation. This complex recently changed management, for the BETTER! Our new property manager Stephie has not only handled the transition well but has repaired MANY problems in this community. She is quick and responsive to the needs of the community. There is probably 6 months of needed repairs She is handling. I am grateful for Stephie and her management of HM.

I have lived here for over a year now. Without a doubt, Sherry is the best landlord I have ever had. It is a gated community with a lot of parking spots always available. I always feel safe here. Lazaro constantly ensures the apartments look perfect and clean. If you're thinking about moving here, I genuinely would recommend it 10/10. I am grateful to live here and will continue to stay.
