I've lived here since 2023 and have seen a lot of recent changes for the better. Recently had some maintenance / improvements done in my kitchen and bathroom. Very happy with the way it was all handled and the end result is excellent. A big thank you to the great team at Huntington Cove -- Alexsis, James, Robert and Jorge -- for their professionalism and kindness.

Living here with the current management team has been great! There were noise and smoking issues in the past, but Alexsis addresses the issues directly, and talks to people to mediate any noise, smoking, or parking issues. She also follows up on any complaints if the issues resurface again. The surrounding neighborhood sometimes throws parties, but noise from actual units are dealt with. I'll miss living here.

The only place in US where I felt discriminated. Glad that I moved out of this place 🙏🏼 I didn’t want to leave a negative review but I think that people who consider to move in should know this things. 1. As a multilingual person with disabilities I always felt discriminated and ignored. 2. 10% increased rent every year, $75 paid parking no visitor parking. 3. I was asked by the manager to move my car from handicap parking!!! (still have her voicemail ) 4. Was charged for double paint (normal wear paint wall) and kitchen cabinets paint. The first 2 weeks prior moving inspection the maintenance guy Rick told me that everything looks good and I will be charged only for cleaning which is standard for everyone, final inspection the assistant didn’t wanted to do it because she was getting rea

Management is very kind and on it with everything that is needed, before renting and during the lease. Amenities are well kept. Car space and dog park - available if you have one. Recommended
