If this is a yelp review on the apartment maintenance manager, Troy, he is top notch, he knows his trade. Having been an apartment manager and performed most of the easier maintenance problems, I know from experience how stressful this job can be. Being mostly disabled, it's hard for me to get in and out of the shower. Troy removed and replaced my towel bar with a very strong "grab" towel bar and secured it closer to the shower and fastened it properly for strength. Now I feel secure. He also put up a small towel rack closer to my bathroom sink which had no rack. Within a day or two of an issue, he's already taken care of it. He's eliminated the gnat problem we had by installing long fly tape by the garbage bins. I live ten feet from a garbage drop and haven't seen a gnat in two months. Ye

I have lived here since May, 2015. SO comfortable. Don’t get out much due to bad knees, but On the first floor so can watch foot traffic, wave to neighbors and friends. Would highly recommend‼️BTW: Troy, our maintenance man, is super helpful for those of us who are handicapped‼️ ADDENDUM…forgot to add that when I fell and broke some vertebrae in my back in February 2022, because I could hardly walk, Sandra was very helpful in picking up the rent check from me. Saved me a lot of pain by not having to walk to office.

I feel that looking at location recent and past it seems as if everyone's very sad that they've lost an employee that used to be very passionate about his job and one lady offered a bonus to him for him to come back and run the show it seems or at least the shows. Entertainment I'm sure was a bit part of it that she wanted him to come back and handle in the community. So I do with ease listen to what current and prior tenants have to say about a location and I think it's a good thing for someone to be able to review and or write on that subject because reviews are key and more people should take the time to do it to help someone else out down the road. Thank you

Had the maintenance guy come and put in a new dishwasher, he was very professional as always. Finished the job in a timely manner and also took care of my sink . Definitely a plus to have someone that knowledgeable available.
