The reviews are very accurate. At first, I thought maybe people were being too picky, but they are not. You can hear everything around you — especially if you’re close to Walmart. The delivery trucks start arriving around 5:00 a.m., and the noise will wake you up. There is only one laundry facility, and it’s extremely far from most of the units. You basically have to drive to use it, which is very inconvenient. In addition, they have not been consistent with what was originally explained to me about the lease. Almost every month, they add approximately $200 extra to my regular rent. I have repeatedly asked for clarification. Last month they did not add the extra charge, but this month it appeared again. I suspect it may be because I paid early, so there was no reason to claim I was late

Moved in about 1 week ago. I found quite a few issues that were missed for the turnover of my unit. Ramiro and Jeremiah, the maintenance team, gave me such an amazing welcome. They not only fixed all of the issues, but addressed all of my concerns much more than expected. Thanks for going above and beyond guys. I look forward to living in this beautiful community worry free, knowing any issues I have with my unit will be handled with care.

I’ve honestly only had good experiences so far 2 months into my lease. The location is perfect, the units are not OLD and do not feel old, and the grounds are always cleaned and well kept. Tyler, the new Operations Coordinator is top tier. I had a pest issue, not fault of the apartments, and within 24 hours of reporting he got back to me and set up treatment for THAT day. Really great stuff. I would very much recommend this place.

Don't do it. The negative comments are way more accurate than the positive ones. Yes you're close to the beach, but it's just not worth all the bad part (e.g., smells like pee everywhere, loud, Airbnb neighbors that party late at night, rats, parking issues, poor management, homeless folks, broken gates, trash always full, old buildings).

Awesome place. Many amenities & 1 block from beach! Multiple gathering areas. SUPER dog friendly. Office & facilities people great. Needs a little more upkeep on splitting stairs & watch your feet, especially on blacktop & near the small spa for uneven ground.
