Hunters Run Apartments

My experience at Hunter Run Apartments was wonderful. I'm eternally grateful to Daviana for all her understanding and help, to Noah and the entire maintenance team for always being attentive to the needs of their tenants, and for their charisma and quick response to different situations. Thank you all so much for such a pleasant three-year stay. I give this place a 10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent in the area.

My family member, who is ill, stays here and their AC broke Sunday at 12 PM. She called twice and left voicemails with the answering service, but no one ever showed up. The next day (Monday), by 3:30 PM, no one had come either. My sick relative had to personally go find a maintenance worker and ask for help. We were told the calls were never transferred. That means three calls went unanswered and ignored. I understand this is a busy community, but this is completely unacceptable especially when it involves someone’s health and comfort. Management really needs to fix the communication and response system so situations like this don’t happen again in top of that office is always close most of the time not open on weekends I mean not a good way to serve the tenants needs.

I just want to thank Hunters Run and staff for the amazing 10yrs I lived there, rent went a little up so I had to looked for something more affordable for me and my kids. Besides that, Daviana(manager), she's amazing and will help you through the time you live there, maintenance have changed over time(a lot of new faces), but they still good. I take the best memories of my kids and myself there. Thank you for everything!

I lived here before I was playing with a girl from my bus and I hit her butt by mistake the dad saw me walking I was going to play football with my friends then he called me over then he slap me 3 times in the face I told him that I was playing and it was a mistake and he just didn’t care and I been looking for him everywhere so I can get my dad on him he nowhere to be near this man just hit a minor and I got hit if you guys see a guy that is bald he’s round got a black shirt he have a beard and her daughter that goes on a bus she has straight hair her Skin colored looks like it’s about brown She had a jacket on and has sweatpants if you find the bald guy make sure he gets outs before he lays hand on a minor.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This is the worse place to live. I had relatives who lived here for years and they had the worst experience with car break-ins, neighbors selling drugs, dirty hall ways, neighbors have speakers outside with loud music, and the property manager Daviana Ortiz is horrible at her job and unprofessional. This company just wants money and do not care about the safety or livelihood of their residents.
