Hunter Ridge Phase II

This is my first apartment and i was kinda scared to apply and leave my family behind. But Hunter Ridge apartments welcome me with warmly welcome. They are very clean and comfortable apartment! The Hunter Ridge family was also extremely friendly, with great communication and very very patient with me. The location was perfect, just down the road from tons of restaurants and shops. Also i have to mention that the view was beautiful. I want to highly recommend the professionalism, expertise, and "patience" of staff at Hunter Ridge! THANK YOU HUNTER RIDGE APARTMENTS ❤️

Do not make this mistake. Been here 2yrs and no maintenance is available. They do not answer the phones. Very dry attitudes given by staff. No help with your apartment t when issues arrive. Promise things and don't back it up. They want everything from you and don't give anything in return. I'm ready go. No camera, no gates for security. Trashy and messy. The most recent office manager lasted about 4 months. The sewer bill is outrageous and there was no notice about us paying an individual water and sewer bill. Rats and roaches, yes, you heard me right. Maintenence will not dobanything about it and neither will managers. They'll take your call and thats about it. Noone is running that office properly. It's outdated and ragged. And I mean that from the bottom of my heart. This is not a pla

If i could rate lower than a star i would. These “workers” do not hear people out at all. Which is why the trash is always like that. They give people a hard time because they aren’t answering calls or doing their jobs correctly. People are still till this day constantly trying to call maintenance on items in these apartments that literally just stops working when it wants to. Maintenance is nowhere to be found. People have failed inspections due to the maintenance man saying he’d come and never shows up and don’t get me started on if you have any problems at all, they will not help and they do not care. That’s why no one respects those workers. It’s almost like its rigged. With all do respect, Do not live here
